Party FAQs

Parties for 4 happen during business hours.  

Parties for 6 to 12 have the spa to themselves so we book before or after hours. Typically Fridays and Saturdays from 3 to 5.

Half day retreats with services and space use are booked on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Please note that holiday weeks when friends and family are visiting is a very high-demand time for parties so if you want to bring your visitors to the Brain Spa please book well in advance!

Easy!  Fill out the form on this page and we will coordinate with you!

You can pay for the full or event or each person can pay separately. Just let us know how you’d like it set up.

We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your party time and date. 

You can reschedule if needed with up to 5 days notice but the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel within 24 hours you will be responsible for the full balance for the party. If one person can’t make it the day of the event, please try to find someone to fill the spot.

We have tea and water available for everyone. Some select beverages and snacks are available to purchase and consume in the lounge.

Alcohol is not permitted nor recommended with all of our wellness services.  We want you to feel great!

We have delicious Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé available to purchase if you want to have a toast for your special celebration!

If you are doing the lymphatic massage, you will NOT want a full tummy, so maybe plan to go eat after!

If someone in your party has a contraindication for one of the included services, we will do our best to find something else for them to enjoy.

If you have totally different services in mind we are happy to build you a custom party, but it will affect the price and timing.

You will want long, form-fitting, not compression yoga pants for the Rollstar – no buttons, zippers, etc.  Light color allows better penetration of the infrared. A fitted shirt is best (so it doesn’t roll up.)

You may want to disrobe some for the red light and salt.

You will not want compression gear if you are doing the lymphatic massage.

Reminder that we are fragrance-free and that includes laundry detergent and fabric softeners so please be mindful when you pick your clothing!
