    Fri | Sat | Sun – 10 to 5
  • Spa parties of 4 to 12 people, and corporate events are booked by arrangement.  Text us to schedule at 510-338-4645.

The parking lot behind our space is not for clients. Please do not park there so we can stay on good terms with our neighbors!


Please Note:

In order to provide the best service possible to the clients in our space, these are important notes about how we operate:

  • Please book your services ahead of time.  Especially the most popular times fill up, and we have to turn people away, so book ahead to secure your spot.
  • We do not take walk-ins.  Please reserve your time before arriving (even if it’s the hour before!)
  • We do not answer the phone.  Please text, email, or leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you when we can. (and when we are busy, that won’t always be immediate)
  • Silence your phone before entering the space and use a quiet voice throughout the space.  Sound really carries and we want everyone to be able to relax.
  • As a healing space, we have a strict no-scent policy.  That includes perfumes and colognes, scented lotions and hair products, and scented fabric softeners on your clothing.  Please be mindful of this.  
  • You will be asked to remove or cover your shoes and to wear socks (we have some if you forget!)

Booking FAQS:

A private session is great so that we can answer all your questions, explain the neurofeedback and how it works, and review your goals and history if you like. Community sessions do not allow for consultation time.  If you do not need any consultation time or have any questions and would prefer to just experience the neurofeedback you may book a community session.

Want to set up your first private neurofeedback appointment with a consultation?  There are a few options online but we are happy to help you book a time that works for you.  Just send us a message with your best dates and times.

Brand new client? We are happy to meet you for a consultation and tour.  Please fill our our consultation request and we will set up a time with you.

Want to schedule a group spa party?  Just fill our our party request form or send us a message with:

  1. your ideal dates and times
  2. how many people
  3. are you paying together or separately
  4. anything else we should know to book you!
