Spa Party Experience: Your Path to Relaxation & Rejuvenation

Our Spa Party is designed to give you and your guests a unique wellness experience in three rejuvenating rotations. Everyone gets a turn with each service, ensuring a well-rounded and deeply relaxing time.

Rotation One: Deep Relaxation & Recovery

Sink into the ultimate self-care experience with:

  • Lymphatic Massage Pants – Feel the soothing compression as it helps flush out toxins and improve circulation.
  • Neurofeedback – Let your brain recalibrate and relax with cutting-edge neurotechnology.

(Approx. 40 minutes)

Rotation Two: Choice of Mix and Match Services

Unwind and explore: your group can mix and match up to 1 hour of wellness time. You’ll have the space to yourselves and can move at your own pace, sampling any combination of the following services:

  • Rollstar (15 min) – A deep-tissue massage roller for lymphatic stimulation.
  • Red Light Therapy (10 min) – Recharge at a cellular level with red and near-infrared light.
  • PEMF Hot Gemstone Mat (15 min) – Ground yourself with infrared heat and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy.
  • Dry Salt Halotherapy (10 min) – Clear your lungs and sinuses with dry salt therapy
  • Waterbed Hydro Massage – dry, warm, relaxing massage

Rotation Three: Group Rejuvenation with the BioCharger

Gather together for an energizing and revitalizing group BioCharger session. This high-tech wellness device emits subtle energy frequencies to enhance focus, vitality, and overall well-being. A powerful way to end your spa party experience!

Party FAQs

A spa party is a private group session where everyone works through wellness treatments together instead of getting facials or manicures one at a time. At the Brain Spa, your group rotates through neurofeedback, red light therapy, lymphatic massage, and a shared BioCharger session, all in one two-hour visit.

It all depends when you book! Contact us for options.

Half day retreats with services and space use are booked by arrangement.

Please note that holiday weeks when friends and family are visiting is a very high-demand time for parties so if you want to bring your visitors to the Brain Spa® please book well in advance!

Easy!  Fill out the form on this page or text us at 510-338-4645 and we will coordinate with you! We just need the number of people, preferred dates and times, and if you are paying as a group or separatly.

You can pay for the full or event or each person can pay separately. Just let us know how you’d like it set up.

We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your party time and date. 

You can reschedule if needed with up to 5 days notice but the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel within 24 hours you will be responsible for the full balance for the party. If one person can’t make it the day of the event, please try to find someone to fill the spot.

We have tea and water available for everyone. Some select beverages and snacks are available to purchase and consume in the lounge. We can discuss futher is you have other needs.

Alcohol is not recommended with our wellness services.  We want you to feel great! If you want to have a celebratory toast, we will accomodate non-alcoholic beverages and supply the flutes.

If you are doing the lymphatic massage, you will NOT want a full tummy, so plan to go eat after! There are many amazing restaurants within walking distance from us.

Yes, we have flexibility. If someone in your party has a contraindication for one of the included services, we will do our best to find something else for them to enjoy.

If you have totally different services in mind we are happy to discuss a custom party, but it may affect the price and timing.

Come comfortable and ready to relax! 

  • long comfy pants are best (skirts/dresses are not ideal)

You may want to disrobe some for the red light and salt.

You will not want compression gear if you are doing the lymphatic massage, it doesn’t allow for good lymph movement.

Reminder that we are fragrance-free and that includes laundry detergent and fabric softeners so please be mindful when you pick your clothing!

Yes. We host team offsites, corporate wellness days, and client appreciation events. Groups get the full spa party rotation with the option to add a custom wellness talk or team debrief. Contact us for corporate rates and scheduling.

Not quite. A pamper party usually means facials, manicures, and mani-pedi stations, more of a kids’ or tween birthday format. Our spa party is built for adults and uses real recovery and neuro-wellness technology instead. If you were picturing a traditional pamper party, expect something a little more elevated.

Yes, spa parties are one of our most popular bachelorette bookings. The bride and her crew get the full rotation, neurofeedback, red light therapy, lymphatic massage, and BioCharger, plus exclusive use of the space for groups of 8 or more. A bachelorette that doesn’t end in a hangover.
