Superstar part-time client care assistant needed at our bustling wellness center!

We are a woman-owned small business focusing on the latest, most cutting-edge technology for wellness. In a spa-like setting, we offer wellness treatments to a variety of clients looking to up-level their athletic and mental performance, heal trauma and disease, and increase their human capacity for optimized living. We are a high-vibe spa focusing on client care and celebrating the miracles we witness daily!

  • Great communication skills in writing and verbally
  • Comfortable with technology and computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a warm and friendly greeting
  • Manage all client interactions with warmth and care
  • Guide client through their wellness experience from start to finish
  • Manage bookings 
  • Reply to text messages and emails
  • Ability to answer questions about the technology, its health benefits, and client concerns
  • Asking questions about the client’s goals and coaching them on appropriate services
  • Turnover of stations (cleaning, sanitizing, etc.)
  • Supplies replenished as needed, care of the space and operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of space, including restrooms and refreshment station
  • Folding laundry 
  • Disinfecting touch surfaces between clients
  • Availability evenings (until 7:30 pm) and weekends

Job Requirments:

  • Read, write, and have excellent communication skills in English
  • Computer use that includes checking schedules and booking clients, sales and transactions, note taking, messaging with clients and other staff, 
  • Must be able to bend over and lift up to 25lbs
  • Excellent mobility and the ability to stand on your feet for a 6-hour shift 
  • Active task work, including vacuuming, sweeping, laundry folding
  • Attend regular staff meetings (virtual and in-person)

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years in Customer Service (required)
  • A passion for biohacking/wellness/optimal health
  • Wellness experience
  • Trauma-informed is a bonus
  • Social media and MailChimp experience is a bonus
