Join Our Team
Client Wellness Lead (Part-Time)
Bay Area Brain Spa® is a woman-owned, technology-forward wellness center devoted to nervous system regulation, recovery, and optimized well-being.
We are seeking a grounded, wellness-experienced professional to join our small team as a Client Wellness Lead.
This role is not simply front desk support. It is a steady, caring presence for our clients — helping them feel safe, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Our clients use technologies like neurofeedback, infrared, lymphatic drainage, and the BioCharger to support their nervous system, and you’ll become fluent in all of it.
We are looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we do and wants to be part of a calm, mission-driven environment long-term.

-
Has prior experience in a wellness, spa, holistic health, or health-adjacent environment

Is seeking stable, part-time work — not a temporary stepping stone
-
Appreciates structure, responsibility, and being part of a small, collaborative team
- Is interested in growing into a spa lead role — taking on team coordination, client retention, and operational ownership over time
If you are in a short-term transition, planning extended travel, or primarily seeking experience for a future career path, this role is unlikely to be a fit.
