This was my first time at the Bay Area brain spa. They were very welcoming and game my fiancé and I a tour. The place was very serene and comfortable. My appt started on time and I did Neurofeedback. It was explained very well to me ( although I have to admit im still a but confused about how it exactly works) if this place was closer to my home I would for sure come back and try out everything.
As a competitive martial artist and professional fighter I strongly recommended it to everyone to stay in the flow and in the timing .
