This was my first experience with lymphatic compression and neurofeedback ….. I really enjoyed both and found them extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The therapist was knowledgeable and very helpful. The Spa was very clean and welcoming. If it wasn’t 2hrs away I would be a regular client 🙏

I LOVE Bay Area Brain Spa. I was introduced to them as they are a neighbor on Solano Avenue where I work. Angela and Carleigh welcomed me with open arms and a wealth of information on their services. I was immediately treated like a member of their BABS family and felt so at home. I had previously tried a couple of similar services at another wonderful self-care spa but the suggested I try the Neurofeedback (for sleep and hormones) as well as the Salt Booth (for my respiratory issues). I loved everything so much I signed up for a special package to try all the services. Additionally, everyone who works at BABS is so wonderful – genuinely lovely people who care and ALWAYS have a smile! I am forever grateful for Bay Area Brain Spa and their commitment to helping our community!
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and professionally. Everything was explained to me, and I felt very comfortable getting into the lymphatic massage suit. It was heavenly! I only wish it had lasted longer. I guess I’ll just have to go back.

The Brain Spa’s new location on Solano Avenue is so beautiful and creates a positive energy experience as soon as you walk through the door. Every member of the staff is professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I received private neurofeedback and immediately afterwards felt more grounded and centered. We live in a fast-paced world where taking care of our nervous and immune systems are continually challenged by our environment and circumstances beyond our immediate control. I am so grateful to know that there are a variety of science-based healing modalities and offerings to renew mind and body at The Bay Area Brain Spa.
