We have found the rental neurofeedback systems so helpful for our young family to reduce stress (particularly in our elementary aged children) and restore balance in the house during this pandemic. It has been so nice to do neurofeedback in the safety of our home, and at a frequency that fit our schedules (even during school and work!). I have also been into the spa for balancer pro and migun massage. Both were really relaxing treatments, I was the only client in the spa at the time, and Angela was so professional. It all felt very safe… like my own little retreat!

I had a great session of lymphatic drainage (touchless), touchless acupressure (with infrared) and neurofeedback the other day and it was the perfect antidote to pandemic craziness and cabin fever. The space is cozy and soothing, stations cleaned and sanitized by uvb-c, well ventilated and with air purifiers to boot. Initially I was a bit nervous about being inside for a treatment but the safety precautions taken assuaged those fears, and it was just what my harried nervous system needed. Highly recommend!!

After my brain injury, I had a massive fear and anxiety of never healing or getting back any sense of normalcy. I feared my spirit would not return to where it was.
Training my brain has balanced my central nervous system, optimized my sleep which has enhanced my dream state and manifestation processes, diminished all of my anxiety and keeps me moving forward to my higher state of consciousness. A wonderful and relaxing experience. Angela and Carleigh are in their element here with an array of treatments to help those dealing with cancer, chemotherapy, traumatic injuries, ADA issues and just those interested in overall body wellness. I highly recommend their services.

I am currently healing from a car accident. First, I just want to say that this place is amazing and so is Carleigh! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and just an amazing spirit overall. Natural healing has always been a major part of my growing up so this place was perfect. She gave me her recommendations for my healing journey and made sure I did things that were gentle enough for my body.

I tried the neurofeedback paired w the lymphatic drainage pants. I felt very relaxed after. Then I attended their Brain Spa Social Sampler and got to experience a few other things during that time. It was such a nice experience being able to sample some of their offerings while there.

I tried their Neurofeedback and Hydro Massage Waterbed at Bay Area Brain Spa, and both were deeply relaxing.

After feeling physically run-down for a few days, laying down on the Hydro Massage Waterbed was so comforting. It gave me all the relief I needed without any of the awkwardness or discomfort you sometimes get from automated massage equipment. Listening to the ocean sound, played by a sound machine in the massage room, also added to the depth of the experience. 🙂

The owners, Carleigh and Angela, are very intentional about the space they have created. Their spa is spotlessly clean and filled with a peaceful, calm energy that instantly puts you at ease. On top of that, the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I also like how easy it is to book a session online, and the staff is super responsive if you have questions or need to make adjustments to your booking.

Highly recommended if you are looking to recharge and reset.

Great services, incredible staff; they helped our family get through two concussions. They were a respite in a very stressful time. They are amazing.
