Superstar part-time client care assistant needed at our bustling wellness center!

What you’ll do

  • Welcome clients warmly and guide them through their wellness visit, start to finish

  • Manage bookings and client communications (text, phone, email)

  • Learn our technologies and explain the benefits in simple, kind, non-medical language

  • Ask about client goals and suggest appropriate services

  • Keep the space immaculate: reset stations, sanitize/disinfect touch points, restock supplies, tidy restrooms, fold laundry, light cleaning (vacuum/sweep)

You’ll thrive in this role if you are

  • People-first: excellent listener with graceful, upbeat communication

  • Calm under pressure: can multitask, prioritize, and stay composed

  • Detail-driven & reliable: punctual, organized, proactive, and a strong team player

  • Tech-comfortable: confident with various machines, scheduling, messaging, POS

  • Trauma-sensitive: able to hold space for sensitive clients (trauma-informed is a plus)

  • Passionate about health and wellness (for all brains and all bodies)

Must-haves

  • A passion for biohacking/wellness/optimal health

  • Clear, professional English (spoken & written)

  • Ability to stand for a 6-hour shift; bend/lift up to 25 lbs; handle active tasks

  • Availability afternoons (1:30–7:30 pm) and weekends (Sundays required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Wellness/spa/fitness/health background

  • Trauma-informed training

  • Light marketing support (social, simple video editing, Mailchimp)

Pay & perks

  • Starting at $22/hour DOE with growth as responsibilities increase
